Expansive lawns with banks of colorful rose and rhododendron bushes contrast with the formal drive with its avenue of trees curving past the Abbey's cricket green.
The Monk's kitchen garden and shady woodlands lead from the main garden down to the shores of the Loch, where a barbecue and seating area are provided, for you to enjoy.
The Boathouse restaurant, sits on the shore of the Loch, and provides sumptuous food and the most stunning views you could ever imagine while you are enjoying your meal.
The Highland Club Lounge, was originally the Monk's Refectory,with its original oak-panelled walls and decorative stained glass windows, this has now been traditionally furnished to include a snooker table,football table , WiFi and comfortable sofa's, where better to sit and relax.
The Spa, which was part of the original chapel will incorporate an indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna, where residents will be able to enjoy the privacy of their own spa on their doorstep.

FORT AUGUSTUS is a few minutes walk from the Cottage, this superb, picturesque village has a host of bars, restaurants and shops, either side of the CALEDONIAN CANAL which goes through the center of the village, where you can watch all the boats going through the locks to and from Loch Ness.
Δ Please note. Although the cottage is ready for letting the outside area is still not complete and work will be on going on in the garden areas. Work on the Abbey itself is still in progress in some areas. You should not be inconvenienced although this cannot be guaranteed. The price for the cottage has been set to take the building work into consideration.
